All Silky Strands orders are shipped directly to the customer. At this time, we do not offer local pickup, meetups, drop-offs, or delivery services.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping information before submitting an order.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please plan accordingly when placing your order, as all purchases must be shipped no exceptions for local pickup or delivery are currently available.

Hair must be provided before your custom wig can be created.

Please be prepared to provide your bundles and closure to Silky Strands in a timely manner to avoid delays in the completion of your custom unit.

For an easier and more seamless process, we recommend purchasing and using Silky Strands bundles and closures for your custom wig.

Please Note: Your turnaround time cannot begin until all required hair has been received.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Silky Strands does not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless otherwise discussed and approved by Silky Strands.
